Anything is possible. You can be told that you have a 90-percent chance or a 50-percent chance or a 1-percent chance, but you have to believe, and you have to FIGHT

No news is good news!

3:45pm
Today has been pretty uneventful which is GREAT!! I checked out of the hospital around 2 and now we are just hanging with Libbi. She ate and now Kurt is holding her and they are both sleeping. She is getting really annoyed with all the wires (ok maybe that's just me) cause when we hold her things fall off and the machine beeps! I'm not complaining, at least we get to hold her. Each minute with her is precious and we are taking nothing for granted right now. The echo is scheduled for tomorrow but we're not sure what time yet so we are planning on getting here early and hopefully getting some answers. As for tonight we will probably head home about 6 to get the kids and get home. We are not excited about leaving her and being so far away but we can call all night and check on her. Which i will do i'm sure!! Thanks for everything and we will still be praying and waiting..

Mindi, i have been out of town all weekend & just barely read all your blogs. I'm so happy to hear everything has gone well so far. I know it is so hard to leave them and go home i cried everytime i left them (4 weeks) that's really good she might be coming home so soon. Don't let the heart machine scare ya when you bring her home the first night i don't think i took my eyes off that machine the hole night, but dont worry you will hear it if it goes off it's LOUD:) Megan made it til two weeks before her first birthday before she had to have surgery they told us six months. That's good news about that 8 year old that has not had to have any surgery, i hope thats libbi's case. Meg will probably have her next surgery about 8 or so. I'm really glad to see all is well so far. You guys are in our prayers. She is a DOLL! I got a little teary eyed looking at the pictures of her older brother & sister just adoring her:) It's pricless seeing the older siblings just watching there little baby. Sorry such a long post:) Thinking of you!

I'm sure leaving her will not be easy but remember she is in good hands and the 2 at home probably need you just as much if not more! She is darling and everything seems to be going great!! Keep up the fight little Libbi and hopefully you will get to be home real soon!! Love you!

We are so glad that things are going great for little Libbi. She is so stinkin' cute. We will keep praying for you all...you are both so strong, she is very lucky to have such amazing parents. We'll keep checking for updates. Hang in there, we love ya.

This is Paul Cardell's CHD video. (I put it at the bottom of the blog, it fits best there..) It is shocking how many people, young and old are dealing with the same type of things we are. Take 9 minutes and watch, these are some of the cutest babies i've seen!! Libbi is about 6 and a half minutes into the video. (make sure you scroll down and pause my music playlist so you can hear his music, he is a pianist, it is very pretty!)
